CIBJO（Confédération Internationale de la Bijouterie, Joaillerie, Orfèvrerie des Diamants, Perles et Pierres），即世界珠宝首饰联合会，创立于 1926 年，是珠宝行业最具权威性的国际组织，其《蓝皮书》（Blue Books）体系为钻石、有色宝石、珍珠、珊瑚、贵金属与实验室规范确立了全球通行的定名与披露标准，并具联合国经社理事会特别咨商地位。2026 年 9 月 4–7 日，CIBJO 于意大利维琴察举行百年大会；9 月 6 日的专题会议由周大福珠宝集团董事总经理黄绍基（Ken Wong）主持，Sector A 主席、指南主要设计师 Kenneth Scarratt 代表工作组发布更新版《玉石指南》，有色宝石委员会主席 Charles Abouchar、中国国家珠宝玉石首饰检验集团（NGTC）技术与标准化部门负责人苏隽及玉石专家 Edward Liu 教授共同出席。CIBJO — the World Jewellery Confederation, founded in 1926 — is the jewellery industry's paramount international body: its Blue Books set the globally accepted nomenclature and disclosure standards for diamonds, coloured stones, pearls, coral and precious metals, and it holds special consultative status with the UN ECOSOC. Its Centenary Congress convened in Vicenza, Italy, on 4–7 September 2026; at the 6 September session chaired by Ken Wong, Managing Director of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, Sector A president Kenneth Scarratt — the Guide's principal architect — presented the updated Jade Guide, joined by Coloured Stone Commission president Charles Abouchar, Su Jun of China's NGTC standardisation department, and jade scholar Professor Edward Liu.

指南最重要的贡献，是将中文"翡翠"之名以拼音 Fei Cui 确立为国际通行术语，并给出矿物学定义：The Guide's central achievement is enthroning the pinyin term Fei Cui internationally, with a mineralogical definition:

玉石成交额在全球宝石业中仅次于钻石，而其国际定名长期分裂：西方实验室惯用 "jadeite jade"，香港自 2016 年将 Fei Cui 三矿物定义写入法定标准，内地依 GB/T 16552 以"翡翠"定名。指南将三者归于一统——正如 Edward Liu 教授在大会上所言："区域协同已不再是可选项，而是 Fei Cui 贸易可持续增长的先决条件。"NGTC 的深度参与，意味着中国国家标准体系与 CIBJO 国际框架正式接轨；Mason-Kay 等国际检测机构已先行在证书上采用 Fei Cui 名称。对消费者而言，此后一份香港证书、一份内地证书与一份欧美证书，说的将是同一种语言。Jade ranks second only to diamond in global gemstone turnover, yet its naming has long been split — Western labs writing "jadeite jade", Hong Kong enshrining the three-mineral Fei Cui definition in law since 2016, the mainland naming per GB/T 16552. The Guide unites them; as Professor Edward Liu told the Congress, "regional harmonisation is no longer optional: it is the prerequisite for the sustainable growth of the Fei Cui trade." NGTC's deep involvement docks China's national standards with CIBJO's framework, and laboratories such as Mason-Kay already print Fei Cui on their reports. For the consumer, a Hong Kong certificate, a mainland certificate and a Western certificate will at last speak one language.
